Hannah's mini top hat

So this is one of my mini top hats, created for my good friend Hannah <3 She said she wanted a non-girly black and white one, so here it is :3

This one was a bit eaiser to get a picture of, since it wasent as fancy and contrasting as the last one. It was lots of fun to make too >w<
